Residents of group homes have the same rights to expedited service, notices of negative action, fair hearings, and repayment of underpayments as other SNAP units.

If the resident or their authorized representative receives the SNAP benefits, the resident is responsible for:

• reporting any changes in their SNAP unit; and
• any fraud or false information.
