Survey: 2024-2026 State Plan to Prevent and End Homelessness

The IL Office to Prevent and End Homelessness is partnering with communities throughout Illinois to gather input on what needs improvements in homeless services, what is working well, and recommendations for Home Illinois Plan FY 2024-2026.
