The Bureau of Accessibility and Job Accommodation (BAJA) and the Illinois ADA Project host an ADA Distance Learning session on "Rights of Veterans with Disabilities in Employment, Housing and Transportation." This webinar will focus on federal laws including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA), the Fair Housing Act, and the Air Carrier Access Act, as they apply to veterans with disabilities. Topics will include reasonable accommodation in the workplace and non-discrimination in housing and traveling by bus, train, or plane. This webinar is suitable for service providers and advocates who may work with veterans, and veterans with disabilities interested in learning more about their rights under federal law in employment, housing, and transportation.
