An applicant or customer may request a a barrier to participation in Countable and other Support activities based on having a child who might be eligible as a MFTD waiver child. Do not require participation in activities while a request for a waiver determination is pending or is under appeal.
When Central Office 238 notifies the FCRC that a child is approved under the MFTD waiver, the family's TANF counter is stopped (see PM 03-06-01-e).
