ADA Distance Learning: Overview of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Notice of Proposed Rulemaking - Application of the ADA to Employer Wellness Programs

The Bureau of Accessibility and Job Accommodation (BAJA) and the Illinois ADA Project host an ADA Distance Learning session on "Overview of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Notice of Proposed Rulemaking - Application of the ADA to Employer Wellness Programs." This session will discuss proposed changes in the rulemaking (NPRM) on how Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) applies to employer wellness programs that are part of a group health plan. The deadline for submitting comments regarding the NPRM is June 19, 2015.
