EQUIP Training

EQUIP: Ensuring Quality, Understanding, and Integrity of Providers. If you permit it, you promote it.

To ensure the quality of care, increase the understanding of specific job responsibilities, and to maintain the integrity of providers and the Home Services Program (HSP), the Illinois Department of Human Services' Division of Rehabilitation Services will be conducting mandatory in-person training for Individual Providers currently serving HSP customers.

Individual Providers will be paid their regular hourly appropriate wage for their attendance at the two-hour mandatory training.

Sessions are being offered from April 7 to June 29, at locations around Illinois.
