RE:Webinar for On-Line Data System for PSH Bridge Subsidy Initiative

The Division of Mental Health (DMH) and the Corporation for Supportive Housing (CSH) are pleased to announce a webinar training for the new improvements to the On-Line Data System. Using this system will allow all Bridge Subsidy Initiative partners to track consumers who are approved for a DMH Bridge Subsidy, including Williams Class Members. This system will allow us to track key information in real time. Most importantly for you, Care Managers and Transition Coordinators, the On-Line Data System will provide for easy submission of required monthly tracking forms, extension requests, and exit/withdrawal requests online, and afford you the opportunity to better manage your DMH Bridge Subsidy consumer cases and communicate with other Initiative partners.

It is critically important that agency staff working with enrolled Bridge Subsidy Initiative consumers (PSH and Williams) to participate in this webinar as listed below. Please be reminded this is a separate web-based system from the web-based Mental Health Collaborative for Access and Choice system, and it is a DMH requirement for PSH Bridge consumers and Williams Class Members to be part of both data systems.

To join the meeting you need to do two things:

  2. Call in for the audio portion of the call
