Summary:
This release provides the 2015 amounts for the Supportive Living Program (SLP) Standard, the Community Spouse Resource Allowance (CSRA) and the Community Spouse Maintenance Needs Allowance (CSMNA).
The SLP Standard is based on the 2015 SSI Federal Payment Standard and the amount depends on whether the person shares a room. Effective 01/01/15, the SLP Standard:
- Increases from $721 to $733 for SLP residents who do not share a room; and
- Increases from $541 to $550 for SLP residents who share a room with another person.
The CSRA and the CSMNA are maintained at the higher of the amounts established 07/01/12 ($109,560 CSRA; $2,739 CSMNA) or the minimum levels permitted by Section 1924 of the Social Security Act. For 2015:
- The CSRA remains at $109,560; and
- The CSMNA remains at $2,739.
