Hardin/Pope Cases Relocated to Saline County FCRC

Summary:

• Customers living in Hardin (043) and Pope (084) counties, currently served by the Massac County FCRC, will have their cases serviced by the Saline County (090) FCRC effective February 3, 2014.
• The Pope County FCRC will continue to remain open as a satellite office.
• A copy of the client notice announcing the relocation of cases to Saline County (090) is attached.

To improve the delivery of services and increase cost effectiveness, cases with Hardin (043) and Pope (084) county of residence coded in Item 53 will be moved from Massac County FCRC to Saline County FCRC effective February 3, 2014.
