  • CCBYS data is now being collected quarterly beginning in October 2013.
  • The Family Planning program (FPP) has been transferred to the Illinois Department of Public Health, effective July 1, 2013. Therefore, no data for 2014 will be reported.
  • SAPP data shows quarter data.  All statewide providers are now reporting data in the fourth quarter of FY 14 which shows higher counts. 
  • Data for the GU program is no longer being collected.
  • Data for the HS program is no longer being collected after May 31, 2014.
