Chicago Doctor Receives Outstanding Audiology Award

Dr. Gloria Wong recognized for decades of service to the deaf community

The Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS) Division of Rehabilitation Services (DRS) presented Dr. Gloria Wong with the 2012 Outstanding Audiology Award. The annual award was presented at the Illinois Academy of Audiology's Annual Convention in Chicago.

Dr. Wong, Au.D., was recognized for providing more than 26 years of quality service to deaf and hearing impaired customers of the state's vocational rehabilitation program. Dr. Wong is currently the Manager of Audiology for the Chicago Hearing Society - a Division of the Anixter Center in Chicago.
