The purpose of this webinar is to provide an overview and general understanding of dysphagia and aspiration, and to inform the audience on how to recognize, react, and manage oral motor dysfunction among individuals with developmental disabilities so that complications from these disorders can be prevented or minimized.

Continuing Education (CE) Credits

CE credit is offered by the Division of Developmental Disabilities for those participating in this session. The number of CE hours is tied to the actual length of the webinar, rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes (0.25 hour). The presenter will announce the specific amount of CE credit at the conclusion of the webinar.
