ADA Distance Learning Session: ADA and GINA: Understanding the Rules When Employers Request Medical or Genetic Information

The Bureau of Accessibility and Job Accommodation (BAJA) and the Illinois ADA Project host an ADA Distance Learning session on "ADA and GINA: Understanding the Rules When Employers Request Medical or Genetic Information." This session discusses applicants or employees personal health information cannot be accessed by an employer or an occupational health provider except under specific circumstances.
