Summary:

• The rates paid to licensed and license-exempt home child care providers are increased effective 12/01/2014.
• Rates are not increased for day care centers.

The rates DHS pays to both licensed and license-exempt home child care providers are increased effective 12/01/2014. 

The rates for day care centers are not increasing.

Payment rates differ by county grouping, child age, and how many hours the child is cared for by the provider.
