MR #11.26: No Longer Issue Postage Paid Envelopes/SNAP Day Care Meal Standard Amounts

Summary:

Effective immediately, FCRC staff are to no longer issue postage paid envelopes when a form or some other document needs to be returned to the FCRC.
Continue to provide return envelopes (but with no postage) when a form or some other document needs to be returned to the FCRC. The current supply of return envelopes have the following message located above the FCRC address, "No Postage Stamp Necessary Postage has been Prepaid by." Do not destroy the current supply of return envelopes. Instead, black out only the "No Postage Stamp Necessary Postage has been Prepaid by" language (see Sample Return Envelope (pdf) on all the existing supply of return envelopes that contain the language until all the existing supplies are used.
Beginning 11/01/11, the mailroom will no longer insert postage paid envelopes with centrally mailed Form 643 series (except the 643KC), Form 4002, Form 4764, or Form 4765. No changes are being made to the central mailing of Form 3360B or Form 643KC.
Effective with the date of this release, the Day Care Meal Standard amounts that a self-employed day care provider may choose to use as a business expense for SNAP are: Breakfast - $1.24; Lunch or Supper - $2.32; Snack - $0.69.
