Summary:

Places policy regarding the All Kids and FamilyCare Online Application into the Manual.
The All Kids and FamilyCare Online Application sends information electronically to the All Kids Unit (LO 180) for processing.
Applicants are required to sign and submit a hard copy signature page separately; deny the application when the signature is not provided by the due date.
The application date for an online application is the date the application is received electronically by AIS.
DHS Family Community Resource Centers (FCRCs) do not receive the All Kids and FamilyCare Online Application electronically.
If a FCRC receives a paper copy of the online application, the application is to be treated the same as other applications for medical benefits.
