MR #10.28: National New Hire Match - Wages Received in Another State

Summary:

• TANF customers receiving wages from another state were identified on the "National Quarterly Wages Report" (50470841) beginning in November 2009. The report is provided in the months of February, May, August, and November.
• The FCRC is responsible for reviewing the information on the report, verifying the wages received in another state, and determining whether the wages are being budgeted correctly.
• Adds confidentiality requirements and penalties pertaining to National New Hire Data Matches to PM 01-01-04-c.
• Deletes WAG 01-01-04-d, Cost to Copy Case Material. Moves the policy reference for the cost of copying case record material for a client or their approved representative from PM 01-01-04-c to PM-01-01-04-e.
