Summary:

• A victim of sexual violence is eligible for the same considerations as a victim of domestic violence.
• The Domestic Violence Exclusion is renamed Family Violence Exclusion.
• Requirements in addition to work and training may be waived for victims of domestic or sexual violence.
• Stalking is a form of sexual or domestic violence.
• A Family Violence Exclusion may be approved for up to 6 months at a time.
• Crisis Assistance may be approved for a family when income is lost due to forcing an abuser from the home.
