To Become a Mentee

To become a potential mentee and be mentored in the Mentoring Children of Prisoners program, a youth must:

  • Be 4 to 17 years old;
  • Currently reside in the Humboldt Park or Roseland community areas of Chicago; and
  • Have at least one parent in state or federal prison at the time of application.

To become a mentee in the Humboldt Park community area of Chicago, or if you know a youth that would benefit from a mentoring relationship, please contact:
