ADA Distance Learning: Reservations Please: Ensuring Access for Customers with Disabilities

The Bureau of Accessibility and Job Accommodation (BAJA) and the Illinois ADA Project host an ADA Distance Learning session on "Ensuring Access for Customers with Disabilities." This session discusses statistics and experiences of the hospitality industry serving and ensuring access for customers with disabilities.
