If additional Cash, Medical, or SNAP applications are received prior to the date that eligibility is determined, review the information contained in additional application(s) and if applicable use it to determine eligibility and benefit amount 
based on the date of the earliest pending application. Document any changes and file the additional applications in the case record with the original application.
Do not register additional ABE applications received prior to the date that eligibility is determined for the pending application.
If additional applications are received after an approval, review the application for any changes and take the appropriate action. Register and deny any additional applications.
