MR #09.22: Changing Category 07-TA to Category P3-TA

Summary:

• Register a Category 03 application when an active Category 07 Transitional Assistance (TA) customer claims disability, or it is discovered the customer has a pending SSI application or appeal.
• The AABD registration allows for issuance of a temporary medical card and backdating under Medicaid.
• A person approved for Category P3 TA receives the same level of medical coverage under Medicaid as a person approved for Category 93 AABD.
• Do not cancel the Category 07 case unless the Category 03 application is approved.
• The codes for SSI appeal levels are corrected and the codes for appeal decisions are added. Appeal decision information is available in PASDX.
