Information Memo: Adding Required Food Stamp Information to the Web Application

Summary:

• USDA Food and Nutrition Services recently notified the Department that our Web application was not in compliance with federal regulations.
• The Web application Home page is revised to include information about how an individual can apply with only their name, address, and an electronic signature.
• Page two of the Web application is revised to include information about who is eligible for expedited service.
• At the suggestion of field staff, a link to the FS Calculator is added to the first page of the Web application.
