• Client Notice, "Call Your Primary Care Provider First" (CN 09.18/S (pdf)), will be inserted with August, September and October 2009 TANF and All Kids/FamilyCare/Moms & Babies medical cards.
• Most persons who are covered under Family Health Plans have a "medical home" and must contact their Primary Care Provider (PCP) when they need medical care.
