MR #09.19: Revising the FS Overpayment Provisions of the Stimulus Act

Summary:

• This release obsoletes the food stamp overpayment policy in MR #09.10 dated 04/13/09 based on clarification received from the Food and Nutrition Services (FNS). 
• Effective 06/22/09, the Automated Case Management (ACM) OverIssuance/UnderIssuance Calculation is updated with the new Maximum Monthly Benefit Amounts.  Continue to process overpayments and underpayments using the Overissuance/Underissuance Calculation option in ACM.
• Process Food Stamp overpayments in ACM and use Form 2404X as you were prior to MR #09.10.
