Reject Code 14

This applies to individuals receiving a staff add-on to their CILA services.  The Bureau of Reimbursement and Program Support (BRPS) requested turnaround forms (TA), updated Inventory for Client and Agency Planning (ICAPS), and nursing packets. The Administrative Hold starts 90 days after the due date for the requested information.
