PM 01-01-04-e: Cost to Copy Case Material

Make copies of case record pages if the client asks for them.  If the copies are for a SNAP or Cash appeal, there is no charge.  If copies are not for a SNAP or Cash appeal, charge the client 10 cents per sheet.  Money collected for copies should be sent to:
