PM 06-21-03: Reviewing Eligibility

Cases are maintained by Special Units (FCRC 209) in Cook County, or by the office as specified in WAG 04-06-00 if the client's residence is outside of Cook.  AATV is a medical only program.

Eligibility must be redetermined every twelve (12) months, or when a change is reported.  Persons in this program are subject to the change reporting requirements as described in PM 01-02-02-a.

An individual's eligibility under this program shall be terminated if the individual no longer meets the program requirements.
