Summary:

• The Bureau of Research and Analysis gives supervisory approval for prior approval requests for administrative expenses.
• Submit bids from two suppliers when the cost of furniture or equiment acquisition, repair or maintenance exceeds $1,000.
• Send Determination of the Unobligated Balance Available (Form 180) to the DHS Office of Fiscal Services at the close of the fiscal year. Form 180 is revised to remove the DHS local office liaison's signature of attestation.
