The BCC Unit cancels the case when it no longer meets the non-financial eligibility criteria. Upon cancellation due to reaching age 65, the client is referred to the FCRC to apply for benefits as a senior.

Under IES Phase 2, the system generates a REDE notice before the client reaches age 65 to determine continued eligibility under another medical program.

A REDE task is created when a response to the REDE notice is received and entered into IES.
