Summary:

Effective October 1, 2007, Federal law provides for an increase in the following standards to determine eligibility and benefit amounts:

• Maximum Monthly FS Benefits.
• Maximum Gross and Net Income Standards.
• Standard Deduction Amount.
• Maximum Excess Shelter Deduction is increased to $431.
• Updates the Basis of Issuance Tables.
