PM 06-11-03-c: Residential Children's Waiver Services

WAG 06-11-03-c

This waiver serves individuals who reside in small group homes licensed by the state's child welfare agency, the Department of Children and Family Services with 10 or less children. Support services include:

• habilitation;
• adaptive equipment;
• assistive technology;
• behavior intervention and treatment; and
• Individual Service and Support Advocacy (ISSA) for each participant.

Note: These services are in addition to those medical services that are normally covered.
