MR #07.10: Increase in State Minimum Wage

Summary:

• Effective 07/01/07, due to a change in state law, the state minimum wage increases to $7.50 per hour.
• Starting 07/01/07, use the state minimum wage of $7.50 when determining the number of hours a client must participate:
  • in TANF Work Experience and WorkFirst; or
  • FSE&T Earnfare, Work Experience, and Community Work activities.
