Information Memo: All Kids Message to Families Who are Canceled or Denied Medical Benefits

Summary:

Beginning 03/01/06, families whose children are denied or canceled medical benefits due to excess income or for not meeting immigration requirements will have a new message about All Kids on their denial and cancellation notices.

• Families whose children were denied or canceled due to excess income or immigration status from 11/04 through 02/06 will receive a Client Notice CN 06.09.
• HFS is pre-registering these families for All Kids and will send them an application in the spring.
