• Updates the FamilyCare standard for parents to 185% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL).
• Updates the Program Standards Desk Aid.
• Provides details on the central conversion of Family Health Spenddown cases to FamilyCare Assist coverage.
• Begins the transition from "KidCare" to "All Kids." 
• The central KidCare unit is now the central All Kids unit.
