Summary:

• Beginning July 1, 2006, all uninsured children in Illinois will be eligible for medical benefits under All Kids regardless of income or immigration status.
• Health insurance premiums and co-payments are based on the family's countable income.
• Interested families are encouraged to pre-register their children for All Kids by completing new Form HFS 3855 All Kids Pre-Registration Form.
