• Provides new standardized amounts for determining the Community Spouse Asset Allowance (CSAA), the Community Spouse Maintenance Needs Allowance (CSMNA), and the Supportive Living Facility (SLF) standard.
• Provides that the Department will determine the coinsurance amount paid, if any, for Medicare covered SNF services.
