SNAP Resource Limits
- $3,750 if at least 1 household member is a qualifying member and the gross monthly income of the household is above the 200% FPL Gross Monthly Income Standard; or
- $2,500 for all other SNAP households with a member disqualified for an Intentional Program Violation (IPV) or sanctioned for violating a work provision.
- $3,750 for Lottery or Gambling winnings (see PM 07-04-21)
Note: SNAP asset limits do not apply to categorically eligible households unless the SNAP household receives substantial lottery or gambling winnings of more than $3,750 (see PM 07-04-21)
