For all programs, codes 810 and 811 and their AMOUNTS are centrally entered by the Bureau of Collections. The codes appear as long as an SNAP overpayment is being recouped. The FCRC cannot add, change, or delete the codes or amounts.

ITEM 91 CODE	DESCRIPTION
810	Total SNAP to be Recouped
811	Total SNAP Recouped to Date (as of the effective date in Item 2) - The code 811 AMOUNT increases each month by the Item 90 code 700 AMOUNT recouped for that month. A turnaround Form 552 is generated each month showing the new total amount recouped.
