541 Administrative/Court Ordered Support from Absent Parent(s) All Programs

For TANF Cash, support from absent parent(s) for children receiving TANF. (This includes alleged fathers and support payments made by military allotment.) Client is to forward support to IV-D.

Code is information only, amount not deducted from monthly benefit.

For all other programs, income is used in determining eligibility and benefit amount.

For SNAP component members in another TANF case who receive administrative or court ordered child support, enter code 541 with Source Code 8.
542 Excess Child Support Paid to Client TANF Cash and SNAP For TANF Cash, used to determine eligibility and monthly benefit. For all other programs with SNAP, used for SNAP benefits only.
544 Child Support Received by Client and Not Forwarded to IV-D TANF Cash and SNAP

For TANF Cash, used to determine eligibility and monthly benefit.

For all other programs with SNAP, used for SNAP benefits only.
