For each person in a All Kids program (Categories 94 and 96), Item 75 is optional. Enter either a dash or a code (if the information is known).
For TANF cash (Categories 04, 06, P4, and P6) cases and for MPE cases, if there is a responsible relative or a stepparent in the home who is not the payee and is not included in the benefit unit, enter the relative's or stepparent's SSN.
If both a responsible relative and a stepparent are in the home and neither is included in the benefit unit, assess each person's ability to work. Enter the SSN of the person whose work history supports a greater likelihood of obtaining employment,
increasing earnings, or receiving UI benefits.
