Client living in a DHS mental health facility at the time benefits are first authorized. Do not change if client later leaves the facility. When entering this code, also enter code 12 in Item 20.

Client living in a Tuberculosis Hospital at the time benefits are first authorized. Do not change if client later leaves the hospital. When entering this code, also enter code 12 in Item 20.

AABD Medical(B)(D) (Category 92 or 93)
Client under age 21 living in DHS-operated facility at the time benefits are first authorized. Change to code 9 when the client moves from a DHS facility to a private facility.

AABD Cash or Medical(B)(D) (Category 02, 03, 92, or 93)
Client under age 21 living in non-DHS facility (private psychiatric hospital; skilled nursing or ICF facility; sheltered care; or residential care facility). Change to code 8 when the client moves to a DHS-operated facility.
