Leave Item 38 blank for all regular roll actions.

To authorize Mercury Cash benefits, enter in Item 38 the total amount of the needs listed in Item 80. Enter the figure in dollars and cents (e.g., $132.87).

To authorize Mercury SNAP benefits, enter the SNAP benefit amount, regardless of the case number category. Enter the figure in whole dollars (e.g., $24). Leave Item 38 blank if the approval does not include issuance of mercury benefits (i.e., TA 11/TAR 07 or TA 11/TAR 26).
