ITEM 25 CODE	DESCRIPTION

D	Health Benefits for Workers with Disabilities (HBWD)
F (Categories 94 and 96)	Indicates a Family Assist case.
R (Category 94)	Indicates that the child(ren) in a All Kids Share, All Kids Premium, or All Kids Rebate case do not live with a caretaker relative. If there is an R in Item 25, an RPY is not needed.
W (Category 94)	CountyCare case
X (Categories 94 and 96)	Indicates a former Family Assist case is now eligible for a medical extension.
8 (Category 08)	An 8 is centrally entered on an 08 case whenever the case address is in an area that has to meet the work requirement. If the field is blank, then the case address is in an exempt town/city and not subject to the requirement.
9 (Category 93)	Indicates a Breast and Cervical Cancer Treatment case.
