DHS staff access the Manual from the DHS Intranet (OneNet) home page. This page should appear automatically when you open Internet Explorer, but if it does not, the address is: http://intranet.dhs. Look for a link reading "Cash, SNAP, and Medical Manual."
The Manual and memos may also be accessed through the Internet. The address is: https://www.dhs.state.il.us/. 
Look for "about DHS", "Publications", "Manuals", "Human Capital Development", then click on "Cash, SNAP, and Medical Manual."
