Liens are filed on all real property. This includes a client's house, even when it is exempt as an asset, and any other real estate that the client owns except a mobile home.

NOTE: When a client owns a mobile home and the real property on which the mobile home sits, HFS files a lien on the real property on which the mobile home sits.
