WAG 28-05-01-a: Establishing a Fund

1. (RM/BC) Sends a memo to ERFU to request the establishment of a CTA Transit Card Fund in an office.
2. (ERFU) Approves or denies the request to establish a fund.

If approved:

1. (LOA/OM) Designates a staff person to act as CoF.
2. (LOA/OM) Provides the ERFU with a notarized Statement of Custodial Responsibility for Public Transportation Monies (Form 2412) signed by the person designated as CoF.
