WAG 28-04-03-b: Authorizations Processed By Exceptions Processing Unit (EPU)

(FU) Mail the following authorizations to the Exception Processing Unit (EPU) under cover of Appeal/Pre-Appeal Implementation Request (Form 1693), prepared by the FCRC Appeal Coordinator.

• Appeal payment (code 150) for months for which the case was inactive and for which the case cannot be registered.
• Pre-hearing payment for months more than one month prior to the current month.
• Appeal or pre-hearing payment for months when the case was active on the payroll of another Family Community Resource Center.
• Transportation and/or child care to attend an appeal hearing (code 155) for an inactive (i.e., denied, pending, or canceled) Cash case.
