PM 24-05-02-c: Earmarked Child Support

WAG 24-05-02-c

Child support payments may be earmarked for:

• children who receive SSI;
• allocation children (PM 08-01-05);
• children in an optional earmarking unit (PM 08-01-05).

Earmarked support may not be used in determining eligibility for TANF or medical for other members of the benefit unit.

Child support is exempt from medical cases that use MAGI budgeting.  PM 08-03-02-a.
