WAG 26-03-03-b: Forwarding Instructions

When the HFS 2404X is completed, send it with HFS 2404 through the supervisor to the FRC. The FRC reviews the forms for accuracy and has them processed through ACM or, if appropriate, mailed to BOC, Field Recovery Unit. If the HFS 2404 and HFS 2404X are sent to BOC, send the original HFS 2404X to the client. Keep copies for the case record.
